🚶 GAIT — TYPING + WALKING METRICS

The Captain's two gates, measured. ⌨️ Typing gait = keystroke timing — how long a key stays down (dwell), the gap between keys (flight), and how steady the rhythm runs (CV — lower is steadier). 🚶 Walking gait = steps, cadence and step consistency from the motion sensor. The LAB below is the store's one writer: it keeps timings and counts only — never a character typed, never key codes — in fleet_gait_v1 on this device, and uploads nothing. Phone-sensor estimates: a personal baseline tool, not medical, not identity verification. NAV writes the same store on real walks — that is where stride comes from, because GPS rides along there.
