Joining the list, entering the Bridge, or using any fleet app means you agree to these terms. Read them — they are short and they are the whole deal.
1 · The fleet runs on sensors
The fleet's apps use your device's sensors while you use them: GPS and presence, compass, accelerometer, microphone (voice orders), camera (fleet cameras), and the experimental SONAR and LIDAR packs. That is how navigation, comms, expeditions, and the arena work. No sensors, no fleet.
2 · The Pulse is yours to switch
While your presence pulse is ON, your position is shared with the crew. GO DARK turns it off at any time, no questions. The switch is always yours. (A web app's sensors run while the app is open; nothing runs after you close it.)
3 · Crew systems record
Crew comms, voice orders, fleet-camera captures, and telemetry on crew systems are recorded to the crew log and the Captain's systems, and kept as the fleet's record. What you send on crew channels is part of that record.
4 · A seat is confirmed personally
Joining the list is not a seat. Every crew seat is confirmed by the Captain personally. Challenges, crowns, and keys are earned under the rules posted in the apps.
5 · The Captain's word
Safety calls, removals, and final decisions on crew systems are the Captain's. Break the crew's trust and the seat is gone.
6 · Your data
What we collect at sign-in and how it is handled is in the Privacy Policy. We never sell crew information.
